FREE DOMESTIC RETURNS

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with them. Don’t love it? You are welcome to return any item within 30 days of receipt. For orders placed during the holiday period (late November through early January) or gift purchases, we will extend the return period to 60 days. All U.S. orders arrive with a pre-paid return label and instructions included. For a full refund, products must be returned in mint condition, with all original packaging (box, hard case, soft case, cleaning cloth). Please allow 5 business days for return shipping, and up to 14 business days for the refund to post to your account.  Please note, custom sunglasses are not returnable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Due to the complexity of international customs, we are unable to facilitate international returns. The complimentary return label included with your order is only valid for shipments within the United States. If you wish to assume responsibility for the cost and logistics of international shipping, kindly send your package to:

We caution our customers that return shipping and import/export duties often make international returns prohibitively expensive, and that you may be unable to recover or avoid taxes and duties. As with domestic returns, please ship your package within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.  Please note, custom sunglasses are not returnable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

All return instructions are included with each shipment. Please do not forget to include your packing slip in addition to the return form. After completing the return form, you can drop your package off at any USPS location.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Please note that any custom sunglasses are made just for you and therefore are not eligible to be returned. Please allow 5 business days for us to hand-build you custom sunglasses.

 

EXCHANGES


We cannot process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, simply return your purchase for a refund using the provided pre-paid label (it’s easy, we promise!), and place a new order online.
