SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is completely free, worldwide.
How long until my order arrives?
Sunglass orders placed before 12pm PST will ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery via USPS.
We craft every custom to your unique design by hand, so please allow 5 business days for construction and processing.
Optical orders will ship within 10-14 days once your prescription is received.
If there are any unforeseen delays associated with your order, we will send you an email to let you know.
Can I pay for expedited shipping?
Yes, simply select expedited shipping in checkout. Additional fees will apply.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer free international shipping for orders over $100 (excluding duties & taxes). All relevant duties & taxes are calculated at checkout, and we assume liability for any additional charges. If your country is not listed below, we regret that we cannot ship to your locations due to new restrictions on international import/exports. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience, and are working hard to find an alternative.

What are import fees?
Many countries levy duties and import taxes on products shipped from other countries. Unfortunately, these customs charges are entirely outside our control but will be calculated at checkout for your convenience.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I make a return?
We offer a hassle-free, 30-day return period that begins when your order is delivered. Frames must be returned to us prior to when the 30-day period ends. We make every effort to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Email us for help with the return process.

What is your international return policy?
Due to the complexity of international customs, we are unable to facilitate international returns at this time. If you wish to assume responsibility for the cost and logistics of international shipping, kindly email help@westwardleaning.com within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
How do I exchange my sunglasses?
Exchanges are subject to the same 30-day return period outlined in our Return Policy. If you would like to exchange your sunglasses, please email us at help@westwardleaning.com.
PAYMENT
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including: Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover. We also accept Amazon Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and gift cards.
We also offer AfterPay to break up your payment into 4 equal payments. Simply choose the option at checkout.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes! We offer gift cards in the amounts of $50, $100, $150, $200, $250 and $500.
FIT
How do I make my glasses fit better?
Our frames are designed to be adjustable. You can check out our guide for instructions, but if you’re worried about doing this yourself, most local optical shops can help you adjust your frames.
How do I know which frames will fit me?

WARRANTY & REPAIRS
Do my glasses come with a warranty?
Yes. We are proud of the quality of our product and guarantee our frames to the purchaser for one year from date of purchase. Our warranty protects against defects in manufacturing or craftsmanship, but does not cover damages due to wear and tear, misuse, or improper storage. Please email us at help@westwardleaning.com if you believe you have a warranty issue.
Can I send you my frames for repairs?
Pricing for repairs is determined on a case-by-case basis and is subject to stock availability. Email us for more information at help@westwardleaning.com.
LENSES
Can I put prescription lenses in my frames?
Yes. We offer prescription lenses for our optical frames. All lenses are high quality polycarbonate and come with AR (Anti-Reflective) coating free of charge. Simply choose to add prescription lens when selecting your glasses and our trained optical team will guide you through the process. Once we have your prescription, your frame will be completed and shipped in 10-14 days. You can also purchase a frame and visit your local optician to add lenses.
We can also add prescription sun, transition, or reading lenses to the majority of our glasses and sunglasses. Contact us at help@westwardleaning.com to learn more.
Note, we can only fulfill prescription lenses for US orders.
What are your lenses made of?
We use nylon or CR39 plastic lenses and they undergo the most rigorous quality tests in the industry.
Do my lenses provide UV protection?
Yes! Because we hand-make all of our lenses slight variations occur, but industry tests place our UV protection between 99-100%.

Can I design a pair myself?
