We are incredibly proud of the quality of our product and guarantee our frames to the purchaser for one year from date of purchase. This warranty protects against any defects in manufacturing or craftsmanship of the frames - defined as a fracture in the frame acetate, a lost or loose hinge, discoloration of finishes not associated with normal wear, and a broken or missing side inlay.

This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse or improper storage of the product. If your frames are damaged and meet the conditions mentioned above, please send a photo to help@westwardleaning.com, and we'll be in touch to help.




We use only the highest quality nylon and polycarbonate lenses, which undergo one of the most rigorous inspections in the industry. However, we understand that accidents happen and that lenses can get scratched. We offer a replacement service for a flat fee of $75, which covers the cost of repair as well as all domestic shipping, subject to availability. Our warranty covers damage to your frames or side pieces within one year from date of purchase against any defects in manufacturing or craftsmanship.
