We offer complimentary FedEx shipping on all domestic orders. Delivery times are 3 days or less (and just 1 day in California). We ship Monday through Friday and orders received before 12 PM PST ship that day. Please note that Fedex is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes; if you specify delivery to a P.O. box, your package will automatically ship via USPS Priority Mail.

All relevant taxes and duties are calculated at checkout. We assume liability for any additional charges, our customers need only relax and await their delivery. If your country is not listed above we regret that we cannot ship to these locations due to new restrictions on international import/exports. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience, and are working hard to find an alternative for our global customers. We know many of you will be disappointed that we no longer ship to your region; this is solely because we've transitioned entirely to electronic trade documents (ETD), which only works with the countries listed above. We look forward to the expansion of ETD capabilities, particularly in Latin America, and will be the first to offer shipping to those regions when it becomes available.





We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with them. Don’t love it? You are welcome to return any item within 30 days of receipt. All U.S. orders arrive with a pre-paid return label and instructions included. For a full refund, products must be returned in mint condition, with all original packaging (box, hard case, soft case, cleaning cloth). Please allow 5 business days for return shipping, and up to 14 business days for the refund to post to your account.


Due to the complexity of international customs, we are unable to facilitate international returns at this time. Therefore, the complimentary FedEx label included with your order is only valid for shipments within the United States.  If you wish to assume responsibility for the cost and logistics of international shipping, kindly send your package to our office within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund:

After completing the return form, you can drop your package off at any FedEx drop off location, or schedule a pickup at FedEx.com.




We are proud of the quality of our product and guarantee our frames to the purchaser for one year from date of purchase. This warranty protects against any defects in manufacturing or craftsmanship of the frames - defined as a fracture in the frame acetate, a lost or loose hinge, discoloration of finishes not associated with normal wear, and a broken or missing side inlay. This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse or improper storage of the product.  If your frames are damaged and meet the aforementioned conditions, please send a photo to help@westwardleaning.com..

Our lenses undergo one of the most rigorous inspections in the industry and our customers love our quality. However, we understand that with everyday use, lenses can get scratched. If you scratch your lenses, we offer a repair service to get you back in your sunnies good as new! We offer this repair service for a fee of $50, which covers the cost of repair as well as all shipping. Please email help@westwardleaning.com to set up your repair. 


Our warranty covers damage to your frames or side pieces within one year from date of purchase against any defects in manufacturing or craftsmanship (please see our warranty information for more specifics). If your frames are damaged and eligible for repair under the warranty, please email help@westwardleaning.com with photos of the damaged item, and we will be happy to facilitate a repair or replacement.


We cannot process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, simply return your purchase for a refund using the provided pre-paid label (it’s easy, we promise!), and place a new order online.
